Hi there,
For what site is this?
On WordPress.com we automatically issue an SSL certificate for any site hosted here, whether it’s at the free domain, like http://annmaureen.wordpress.com/, or at a custom domain.
If you have a site somewhere else we can’t help you with this. SSL needs to be set up at your hosting provider, and has nothing to do with the WordPress software that you use to build your site.

this is for my http://www.soil-alchemy.com site,
I notice that other sites post a seal to indicate that the SSL certificate applies to that site. From what your saying this isn’t necessary?
thanks -
soil-alchemy.com is not a WordPress.com site. That site is hosted with 1and1, so if you want SSL on that domain you’ll need to set it up with them. Their support will be able to give you the information you need to do this.

I have a ssl problem on my site I want to get a new theme in the theme I have a new theme for me. http://www.otopaykartal.gen.tr/

That site is not hosted on WordPress.com and is not using the WordPress.com software.
For help with SSL you need to contact your hosting provider, and to install a theme you need to log into your dashboard and go to Appearance ->Themes.
If you need more help with this, you can post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead:
