SSL Pending

  Hi,

  We’ve successfully imported all content from our self-hosted website and we’re ready to make the switch. However, we’ve encountered an issue with the SSL certificate. Despite following the instructions provided https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-a-domain-alternative-method/ and https://wordpress.com/support/domains/https-ssl/, the SSL certificate remains pending. This is a critical concern as it affects our company’s website. We temporarily rolled back to our self-hosted site to maintain trust with our customers. We’re seeking a solution to ensure minimal downtime and resolve the SSL error.

  Last time we tried this it was still pening after 14 hours. I have connected the domain again and it is still stuck on pending

  Hi Sunny,

  Thank you for contacting us! We are showing that taxlab.online has an SSL certificate in place, but help.taxlab.online does have an SSL error.

  To fix this issue, you’ll want to add a CNAME to help.taxlab.online that points www.help.taxlab.online to help.taxlab.online. This will then allow our system to generate an SSL certificate for help.taxlab.online.
