SSL Security re payments via Paypal on WordPress website

  Hi will my site when I set it up be SSL secure for payments using credit cards etc? Please advise asap, thank you.

  Hi there,

  All sites hosted on WordPress.com has SSL enabled by default. However, we do not provide any payment processing services on WordPress.com, and no payment details will ever be captured directly on your site.

  All the PayPal integrations we offer on WordPress.com takes people to PayPal itself for capturing payment information, so it’s PayPal’s SSL you need to worry about, and payment information is also stored on PayPal’s servers, not ours.
