    My daughter is the editor of the St. Catherine’s University Newspaper website. I believe they have a paid host account with domain name forwarding. She is unable to log in. Right now, there address pulls up a spam page.
    (redacted) She was told she would have to provide the following:
    transaction ID
    activation URL or key
    two factor authentication codes

    There is deep concern that the website is down and can’t be recovered. Can you assist?
