Staging Site

  When I access my staging site the black bar at the top does not pop up that allows me to edit the site. I am still able to edit the live site and access the staging site just not edit it. I cleared my cache and cookies hoping that may have been the cause but nothing changed.

  Hi Jennifer, the link to the live site is https://www.visionistinc.com/and the link to the staging site is https://visionist.staging.wpengine.com/ I’m not sure if that’s what you’re looking for but please let me know what other information you would need.

  Hi there, since your site isn’t hosted here on our servers, we won’t be able to help with this issue. Have you tried contacting WPEngine, which looks to be your hosting provider? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
