  I have made multiple mistakes my first time doing this. There has been another person working on it to and we have made multiple usernames trying to get it to work so I need to erase it all and go back to beginning if I could.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
