  Hello I am trying to turn the domain name, that I own, into a word press site. It is motorcycletramp.com Everytime I go to pay for your services it is registering with the bank but not giving me a confirmation number or letting me go any further… it just keeps prompting me with the payment page again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, are you trying to map motorcycletramp.com to your above WordPressdotcom site? Did you already add an upgrade plan to your cart and complete the process? If it went through successfully, you should see the upgrade plan in your Manage Purchases/Billing History dashboard. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases Do you see it there?

  If not, try logging out of your account and then clearing your browser cache and cookies which will also log you out of any other site you are logged into. Then shut down and reopen your browser and log back in.

  I am following up on the Modlook tag. Please try the suggestions made by justjennifer and then write back to let us know if that worked or not.

  After looking at the account I can see that there are not any purchases added.
