start with a free plan

  im trying to sign in to wordpress and set up an account with the free plan, but every time i try to get started, it just gives me the option for paid plans. what can i do?

  Hi there,

  On the domains step, make sure you select the free *.wordpress.com or .blog subdomain. If you select a custom domain on that step, you won’t have the option for a free site, as using a custom domain is only possible if you have a paid plan.
