Starter plan hasn’t activated

  I purchased a starter plan, which didn’t show up immediately, so I accidentally bought another. I cancelled the second plan when I realised that the first payment had actually gone through, and it was refunded. But my account has reverted to e free plan alhtough I paid for the Starter plan

  I followed the help topic advice and looked for an option to activate my plan under settings, but couldn’t find one there. I don’t seem to be able to email for help as suggested if that doesn’t work. The only option seems to be posting in this forum. Not a good start WordPress!

  Hi there!

  The WordPress.com Starter plan was removed when you canceled it for a refund. It was renewed for another year when you paid a second time.

  In any case, I restored the WordPress.com Starter plan with the original expiry date (in 2025). You can see the subscription here.
