  I have signed with Host Gator and find myself very confused.
  1) I was trying to find a statement of what I paid when I joined. Could not find it. I saw a page with all kinds of ‘invoices’ on the ‘billing history page’ that did not make sense to me.
  2) Being new at trying to build a Web Site, I wish to get some help to start, since the whole process is not quite as simple as I expected.
  A 1, 2 ,3 type of explanation would be welcomed.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any charges under your WordPress.com account with us.

  There is a difference between WordPress.com and the self-hosted WordPress.org site that you may be trying to create:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Since you purchased your domain with Hostgator, I’m guessing that you will need to contact their customer service regarding the charges.
