Starting a website

hi, i am looking to start a new job board website, and i want to use one of your themes (jobportal). Once I’ve installed it, what do i do? Do i pay someone to host it? And how do I edit it. On wordpress?

Job Portal is a third party theme primarily used for a self-hosted WordPress.org blog. Third party themes can only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:
https://wordpress.com/business/
They are usually used for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
If you do not want the Business Plan, you can purchase hosting at places such as Bluehost or GoDaddy.
If you do not want to go with the Business Plan but want to stay with WordPress.com, the good news is that WordPress.com has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
