  I don’t want to use the names I picked for our website and want to start fresh. Should I just cancel this account and start all over with a different email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  No need to delete account to accomplish a blog name change. You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.

  We are trying to change the name or delete the account and it is not letting us change it. Would you have any other suggestions on what we need to do?
