Starting Website—Just registered with Bluehost to build with WordPress and need help

Hello!
I just bought my domain name and registered with Bluehost. I was under the impression that I would be able to build a WordPress site on Bluehost. I’ve tried to do this and have come up to the request for payment on the WordPress side. Bluehost, from what I have been able to see, has only 3 template options, and none of them allows you to include a professional logo.
This is the first website I’ve created, so I’m quite new to this and feeling rather confused by how to move forward. I also need to have this up by tomorrow so I can launch ticket sales for an event that’s happening later this year.
If someone could please provide direction, guidance, or suggestions, I would be VERY grateful.

If you’re hosted on Bluehost, you don’t need to build the site on WordPress.com, you want WordPress.org instead, as that’s the self-hosted version of WordPress.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
