State error when trying to register a domain

  I can’t register my domain because I have to write a ‘state’ in the register, and when I write ‘Madrid’ (in Spain), or ‘Comunidad de Madrid’, or ‘Madrid, Comunidad de’ or any other code, an error appears. What can I write? Thank you
