Static Front Page

  I am trying to create a Static Front Page. I created a new page and went to Settings>Reading and selected my new page as my static page but then the page won’t load. I can still load other pages of the website but not the new Front Page.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
