static starting page, how can i erase the sites name above the text?

  I wrote a text for the starting page at my blog. i chosed it as the static page. but on top of the page the word Startseite appears, but i don´t want it to. it appears already in the header as Startseite. How can i erase the word Startseite from the page above the text? THX.

  Some themes have the option to hide the title of the blog. That would be on the Appearance->Theme Options page.
