Hi thanks for the links. But…there are no toggles to disable when I go to jetpack plugins, it just says ‘active’ and nothing to do…
any ideas? thanks

Try going to Jetpack -> Settings as recommended here:
https://jetpack.com/support/activate-and-deactivate-modules/

If that still does not work, I recommend posting a screenshot and more info in the Jetpack forums.

For what it’s worth, I asked Jetpack support and they said that option should still be there. They also said they didn’t see a ticket from you yet, but if you sent it in from another account, no worries, they’ll have a look soon. Cheers!
