I have three WordPress sites and for some reason the stats on one of the sites no longer works whereas it’s fine on the others. Can someone give me advice on how to fix this or let me know how I can get in contact with someone from WordPress for help.

ayearoffirstsblog.wordpress.com? I checked and was able to see the stats for that site, although there were some days where no days were registered. Please confirm which site you are having trouble with and I will be happy to take a look.Thanks,

Thanks for taking a look – it’s the ourfirstecohouse stats that don’t seem to be working. I get a loading symbol but nothing loads up. It’s been like that for a while – I assumed it was the internet at first but the other sites are fine.

Hi there,
Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin? You have another site connected via Jetpack and those stats are working properly and debug doesn’t come back with any errors. If you can try that and let me know if that solves it, let me know.

How do I reconnect once I’ve disconnected? Sorry I’m not very proficient in this stuff.

You should be able to go to plugins under your wp-admin dashboard and reconnect it while you are still logged into your WordPress.com account.

I disconnected and reconnected and it still doesn’t seem to work. Is there something else I should try?
