I want to get my basic stats for my blog, Bond Aboveboard, but in the last few days, these are not available. Did something change?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good morning –
I see stats reported for July 9th: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/bondaboveboard.wordpress.com
It looks like there weren’t any visitors to the site yesterday. Let me know if you have more questions. Here’s a few tips to help you grow that audience.

OK, this is a bit frustrating. I received an email that is ‘no reply’, so there is no way to have a conversation to solve the problem. I do/did not have stats for my site. After posting this question some stats came up for today. Then I received an email stating the stats are there for today, and there does not seem to be a problem. WHOA! STOP! Yes, there does, but how do I respond? I went back and there are more stats today, so I guess someone is working on the issue. But there are still not stats from yesterday. The ‘response’ was that I did not have any views yesterday. Hmmmm…but I had a ‘like’. How is that possible?
First, there needs to be a ‘help’ system where we can have a productive and efficient back and forth conversation about the issue(s). Secondly, there is definitely an issue with the stats. You may be working on them, but something is off with the system. I do appreciate receiving what seems to be corrected stats for today. -
Hi,
but how do I respond?
You’ve posted in our community forums. You can respond by clicking here and typing a response in the field at the bottom:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/stats-351/Also, to make it easier for you as well as our forums staff and volunteers, I’ve merged your threads into one, just to keep the information from being scattered over multiple threads. Please continue to respond here (at the link) rather than starting new requests.

It sounds like you might prefer paid support, which comes free with our paid plans:
https://wordpress.com/pricingYou’d get a custom domain name as well as other benefits (no ads, etc) so I’d definitely recommend it, or you’re welcome to continue responding here in our forums.

Stats are compiled periodically, automatically — so there will be times where a view won’t show up right away.

You have several followers who use the WordPress.com reader. If they click like there without actually reading the article, it would count as a like without a visit.
Does that help? If you have more questions on this please click the forum link so you can respond here. Thanks!
