  my stats are missing

  Hi there,

  You should get site stats details from here:
  https://wordpress.com/stats/

  Please be more descriptive about the term missing. Does it show all counter (views, visitors, likes, comments) as 0? That’s why you are saying missing or facing something else?

  → If you have no visitor or activities for those instances, then it will show as 0.

  If the above description is not helpful to you, then please be more descriptive about the issue. You can also share relevant screenshots (use snapboard) of the issue if you want. Which will help to determine the issue.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your response. I’m referring to the Jetpack stats and insight which is hosted by wordpress.com. I’m usually able to see my views, visitors, referrals etc but this hasn’t been visible in the last 2 days despite having visitors and views as confirmed by google analytics. Here’s a link to the issue.

  Hi there,

  Jetpack stats are still enabled for your site, but if I view the source code for your site, I don’t see the code for the Jetpack stats pixel there. In other words, the code Jetpack uses to track visits appear to have been removed from your site.

  Have you made any recent changes to the footer.php file in your theme? If so, make sure you didn’t accidentally remove the wp_footer() function, as that’s what Jetpack uses to insert the stats tracking code into your site.

  Hi,

  Thank you for the diagnosis. I don’t have access to Jetpack support unfortunately as I do not have a paid subscription with them. I also contacted my service provider blue host but was referred back to jetpack.

  I have deleted and re-install the plugin but still no luck. Is it possible to please rectify the issue from your end?
