  I need to be able to see the viewers not by country but by exact location. How can I make this happen?

  Hi there, our services don’t track exact location, but you may be able to find another stats service that does. I’d recommend researching what’s out there to determine what will best suit your needs.

  “Google Analytics tracks user’s location based on their IP address” for example — that may suit your needs. And there are several plugins here that can help. Please research them and pick the one that suits your needs best:
