stats for multiple users

I have three administrators and they installed the WordPress mobile app. I have the site connected to Jetpack and I can see the stats. When they try to access them, they are prompted for an email address. I’m not sure what this is.

  • Hi there,

What is the URL of the site?

If they haven’t yet, the other admins will also need to connect their admin accounts on the site to a WordPress.com username account via Jetpack, and then log into the app using that WordPress.com username account.

If they don’t have WordPress.com accounts yet, they can create an account without creating a site here:

    https://wordpress.com/start/account/user/

Next they need to log into WP-Admin on the site itself, and click on Jetpack in the menu. Then follow the steps their to connect Jetpack to their own WordPress.com accounts.

Your WordPress.com account, as the one that made the connection first, will own the Jetpack connection, but the other admins will then also have access to the same Jetpack features as you via their own WordPress.com accounts.
