Stats missing

Hi – The link on my Dashboard for my WordPress site, stevehoggbikefitting.com, to view the detailed stats by day on the graph stopped working on Saturday. So, I deactivated the JetPack plugin and reactivated it to see if that fixed it. I was prompted to reconnect to my WordPress account which has never happened before, so I did. After it was reconnected, my stats history was gone! Please help. Thank you. Also, the link still does not work.

Did you previously use the WP Stats plugin?
If so, could you make sure that plugin is deactivated, and then reactivate Jetpack?

I did at one time, but either I or one of the last JetPack installs uninstalled it already.

Hi – It looks like clicking on the bar graph for daily stats works again; however, my history is still gone. Thanks for your continued help.

Did you ever change your site’s domain or URL after you had installed WordPress.com Stats for the first time?

No, it’s been the same domain the entire time. However, is there a way to find out what exact accounts have been used for my domain? Thanks, Jason

The blog is definitely linked to your account now. Did you ever have it linked any other accounts?
