Stats not visible using iPad
-
After upgrading to WP 3.4.1 and Jetpack 1.4.2 a couple of weeks ago I cannot see my stats on an iPad on one of my wp sites. I have deactivated and reactivated Jetpack 3 times and I have deactivated all plug-ins, all to no avail. I also reinstalled WP 2 times. It seems like I had a glitch when I upgraded WP and Jetpack but I can’r be certain.
I am thinking of deleting Jetpack and re-installing then activating. However, will this delete the stats I have accumluated?
I can see the stats on a PC regardless of the browser I am using.
I have cleared my iPad cache, restarted it, etc. I also cannot see the stats on an iPhone.
Ideas?

Good question. I assume you are referring to the WordPress iPhone App. I see a blank where there should be a graph, but below that I see actual number of views by day and the most popular posts.
By the way, on the iPad, I do see the summary graph on the dashboard but if I click through I just see the endlessly spinning W.

That’s a known issue with viewing the stats in Mobile Safari.
The iPhone app is designed to work in the iPad too, so I recommend sticking with that for now.
