Stats on facebook from other people reposting
-
I realized that some of our posts have been reposting by other people’s facebook (we don’t even have one), making our daily visits increase. On our stats when we see the “Quotes” tab we see a high number of facebook’s visitors and also new commentors. That’s why we would like to know how does this facebook connection with wordpress works in the statistics. For instance, when someone repost our posts from wordpress on facebook does it count a visit for each reposting or is it necessary to acess our homepage on wordpress.com to count a visit? If we create an account with our posts on facebook and people see our homepage there, will it count a visit on wordpress blog?
I hope you can help us

Hi Vinicius, a reader would need to click through any link to your site – whether through Facebook or elsewhere – and actually load up a page on your blog itself to count as a visit in your stats.
Just let me know if you need further help.
