Stay Theme problem with Home Slider and featured image

  Hello, my blog is self-hosted and I installed the Stay theme.
  I also installed the Jetpack plug-in but Home Slider not working…. The image are 1200 x 500 pixel 72 dpi and I uploaded them after installation of the theme…. but the home slider not working… can you help me?

  Another problem is that the featured image is show only in the home page where I’m setting “Home” like template, but not in the other page where I’m setting the “Template Standard”
