Stay Theme upgrades on Hostgator

I will be setting up a hotel website using WordPress on Hostgator. I will be using the Stay theme, which is free. However, it requires an upgrade to customize fonts and colors, and another upgrade to play videos. I am trying to find pricing on these upgrades and to confirm I can get them using Hostgator as my webhost.

Know that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Know also that Stay is a free theme and support for WordPress.ORG theme versions is not found here at WordPress.COM. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

The Custom Design upgrade you’re referring to above only applies to sites hosted here on WordPress.com, not self-hosted WordPress sites such as a site hosted by Bluehost.
On a self-hosted site, you can modify the design as you like. If you’d like to add custom CSS, one easy way is to add the Jetpack plugin and activate the Custom CSS module. You’ll then add your custom CSS in the new stylesheet editor that’ll appear in your dashboard, under Appearance > Edit CSS.
As alternatives, you could either install a standalone custom CSS plugin, or create a child theme.

Would you happen to know If there are any themes available from WordPress.org similar to Stay, designed for Inns and B&Bs?

There are over 2500 themes on WordPress.org and I’m sure some might be suitable for your business. The best thing to do is take a look through the directory and see if any meet your needs:
