Sticky post and menu bar in Vintage camera theme

  Hi, I’m using the Vintage Camera theme. I’d like to make my About page (or post, it’s the same content in both) a sticky post to appear always on top of every recent post (I did try making it front page but then my posts would not show underneath). Also I am trying to add more menus in the footer but I can’t seem to make it. I am very confused and the more I read the more confused I get. My blog is createandaccomplish.wordpress.com
