Still autorenew after cancelling upgrades?

    I have cancelled my upgrade before the autorenewal date, and still get the email notification of renewal.

    When I try to cancel my upgrades, it says its not refunded / cancelled.

    Please assist.

    I’m sorry for the trouble cancelling your free trial of WordPress.com Premium. I can cancel that for you, but first I need to confirm if you want to also cancel the domain name mawarputeh.com.

    Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future. Only cancel the domain name if you’re sure you don’t want to use it here or elsewhere.

    If you’d like to keep the domain but cancel WordPress.com Premium, please let me know and I can send you a payment form to pay for just the domain.
