Still locked out of my account – paid subscriber and still no fix after 3 days

I posted on this forum yesterday regarding my issue (“Locked out of WordPress.com account – verification emails not arriving”) and received a response advising that someone would be looking into it. I also received an email confirming the same.
However, despite these assurances, I have not received any further assistance or updates, and the issue remains unresolved. It has now been three days, and I am still unable to access my account.
Could someone please help resolve this as a matter of urgency? My business relies on access to this email account, and the ongoing lack of access is having a significant impact on my work. As a paid member, I would greatly appreciate a prompt response and resolution.
