Erm, I sent an email about the problems I’m having with my Custom menu and I’ve still not heard anything back…this is the second time I’ve emailed for support and not heard back…any chance someone can get back to me please? Cheers, Sam
Ps. Here’s the email I sent…
On my ‘rhodesbusinessschool.wordpress.com’ blog I have spent some time setting up the menu (still lots of work to do unfortunately). It was all going well until a few days ago – for some reason when I try to re-arrange the submenu for ‘Power and Water’ so that Tasmania (and its towns) appear before the ‘Australian Capital Territory’ and ‘International’ it take ages to load and then tells me there’s been a problem.
I assume this can’t be because I’ve added too many menu items as I believe you’re able to ‘nest’ as many as you like.
If you could please let me know what I’m doing wrong I’d be extremely grateful as all this banging my head against the wall is starting to hurt :-)

Your blog is working well on our end. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?
Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?
