Stolen Content from Old Site

  We found an instance of stolen content from our website and the owner is willing to remove it or take down the wordpress.com site however she no longer has access to it. She has a new business and does not have access to old email she used to create the old wordpress.com site. How do we accomplish this? She doesn’t know what to do and is looking to me to tell her.

  Here are some of her replys:
  This wordpress was created so long ago and has not been active for years. We had hired a media company to set it up and they are no longer doing business. I tried to reset the password but it isn’t coming to our catchall email. I am not sure how to delete the wordpress account either because it is asking for info I don’t even have. Any suggestions?

  That didn’t work either. Our old domain was pmcmortgageloans.com and I no longer have access to those emails. I will keep trying.

  Thanks for the extra information. The owner of pmcrealty1.wordpress.com will need to contact us directly if they need help gaining access to the site in order to remove content. They can contact us through the Account Recovery form:

  If they do not have proof of ownership, you can report the content to us using these steps:
