stop billing me

  A while ago, I spoke with a WordPress rep and requested that all my subscriptions/blogs, etc. be cancelled. I was assured they would do that. I am still, however, being charged $18.00 on my credit card from WordPress. I cannot find HOW to stop this on the website. I follow all the directions, and there is nothing under ‘purchases’ or ‘payment method’ on record. Nothing. Please STOP billing me.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind since June of 2017 under the account you’re currently logged into.
