  I am being billed even though the renewal status states Manual.
  How do I stop my credit card from being charged?

  Your forums state how to cancel, but I do not get the option to cancel.

  Hi there,

  I can cancel and refund the domain renewal for pinterestingmama.com, if you’d like. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  Please let me know if you’re sure you’d like that domain cancelled and the renewal refunded, and I’ll take care of that for you.

  Yes, please cancel the domain.
  I do not know the last time it was used.

  Thanks for confirming. I cancelled the domain for you and refunded your recent renewal payment. (Please note it sometimes can take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
