  Stop website , I’m paying now for years. I dont want this website. When using my email it says I dont have any websites. I think it gets automatically renewed. But I never said it wanted to. I dont want to paid. So please stop it now. STOP!

  Make sure you are logged in to the account that owns the website on the wordpress.com platform you want to stop as only the owner can do this. What is the URL of the site you want to stop?

  @suntaveerkamp if you can log out and log back in as the upgrade owner, we can cancel it for you — that’s the easiest route.

  Otherwise, we’ll need to verify your ownership, and a good first step there is knowing what site you need to cancel. Can you tell us its address, as @staartmees mentioned?
