stopping publicize retweets after first tweet

  How can I stop Publicize from retweeting post headlines when I update a post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’d be interested in knowing how to do this as well. I am not able to uncheck the boxes in Publicize for Facebook and Twitter on a per-post basis, they are grayed out. I hope there is an easier way than completely disconnecting FB & Twitter every time I want to update a post.
