  I paid for upgrade in storage. Now I’m being told I have no storage. I checked my account and it says my storage upgrade was completed. Why, suddenly do I not have any storage and cannot use any new images?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have 13.0 GB of available storage and 5.6 (43%) of that is already used. Is that what you see on your end?
