storage problem

  I used more than the space allowed. I didnt think it will allow me, and when I checked I notice I used more storage space. I already purchased the 10GB. After I changed the size of my picture into smaller ones, but I see it didnt lower my storage space.

  Hi there, since you’re only using 24.8 MB of space, it doesn’t look like you need the storage upgrade unless you want to the ability to upload audio files, or any of the other benefits that the Space Upgrade entails.

  If you’d like to cancel the space upgrade, just let me know and I’ll be glad to take care of it and issue a refund.

  Hello Kathryn! So, you mean that for pictures I dont need the upgrade? What is the maximum storage if I use only pictures? I will not upload any audio files, so if it is ok please cancel my upgrade.

  Hi Roxana, images can most definitely be uploaded to your site without the Space Upgrade. :-) You get 3 GB of free storage space with every site to upload images, PDFs, and any other free file types listed here: Accepted Filetypes.

  I’ve removed the Space Upgrade and issued a refund for $20. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
