Storage Space Upgrade Renewal – 10GB

  My 10 GB space upgrade expired a couple of weeks ago and i don’t have the option to renew it. I found a thread regarding this matter but it was closed for new replies. This issue was solved by adding some extra time onto the subscription. Is this possible to do in our case. Thanks in advance!

  Thanks a lot for the quick help. But i can still not upgrade my 10 gb subsricption.

  At first it seemed to work but when I updated my credit card details the “renew” button disappeared. Now it says “No upcoming charges found”.
