Since I am in Croatia and for the beginning I am planning to sell physical product also in Croatia but latter and world wide – which Plan would you recommended to me??? It confuses me because i saw on your Support – Topic: Store it says – If you’re in the United States or Canada, you can sell your products right on your site and ship them to customers in a snap! – so what about us out of USA and Canada????

Hi there,
The Store feature you refer to is the interface found at My Site ->Store if you have a site on our Business Plan with the WooCommerce plugin installed. Only that interface is only available in the US and Canada, as it includes specific shipping and tax services that are only available in those countries.
But you can use WooCommerce, or any other ecommerce plugin, to sell products on our Business Plan in any country you want. You won’t be able to use the special Store interface we have, but you’ll be able to control all aspects of your store from the traditional WP-Admin dashboard.

Note that you can already create a site with us, and even start setting it up on the Business Plan, while your domain is still hosted somewhere else.
All sites on WordPress.com get a free WordPress.com or .blog subdomain when the site is created, that functions just like any regular subdomain, and your site is fully online and accessible at that subdomain (provided you set it to public).
So you can experiment and build your site at that free address, even upgrade the site while still using the free address, and only switch the domain over to us once you’re ready.

Thank you again for your quick response and very useful information. Please one more advice, which Plan would you recommend “Business” or “eCommerce” since I want to for my customers could pay not only with PayPal but also and with credit cards like Visa, Dinners American Express…

The PayPal payment gateway plugin from WooCommerce can be used for regular credit card payments as well as payments via a PayPal account. So as long as you can receive PayPal payments where you live, you’ll be able to use that plugin to receive payment. The other popular option for credit card payments is Stripe.
Without knowing exactly what you want to do I can’t really say if Business or eCommerce is better for you. I can tell you the two plans work essentially the same, but eCommerce comes with WooCommerce, the Storefront theme and a premium add on for that theme, as well as several WooCommerce extensions pre-installed.
