  Hi there,

  We were trying to export our store and when we set it up and hit go nothing happened. Do you have any ideas on what we could be missing?

  If possible please include (email visible only to moderators and staff) & (email visible only to moderators and staff) in the recipients of your response.

  The site I need help with is winechips.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
