Strange Different Users

Hello,
I am curious why there would be 2 different users in my WordPress login page who are often seen as authors for plugins I add. I did not add them and do not know who they are. I managed to go into ‘all users’ and tried to delete both of them, the previous user was deleted yet the current one will not delete or change roles. I do not know why this is happening. The only user should be me correct?

What is the URL of the site with the problem?

Oh, it is sacredherbsandbotanicals but as you said I think I will have to contact my hosting provider.
