Strange ways of internet – nameservers gone wild

    Good day,

    i had a domain “teamway.cz” registered at http://www.active24.cz

    I asked them to change nameservers from

    beta.ns.active24.cz
    gama.ns.active24.sk
    alfa.ns.active24.cz

    to

    ns4.wixdns.net
    ns5.wixdns.net

    For some reason unknown to me, they change it to wordpress. I have no acces to wordpress, no username, account etc. After 14 days of e-mailing with active24.cz they promt me to change it here.

    Is there any way out of this situation? I cannot find any kind of contact to worpress IT support.

    Hi there,

    Your domain’s nameservers are correctly set the Wix ones and when I visit your domain, your Wix site comes up.

    Since your domain is not registered through us (WordPress.com), you need to contact your registrar (active24.cz) for any questions you may have.
