Stuck Account Recovery Ticket for indailabs.com – Transaction ID Available

  Hello staff,

  I am locked out of my account and have submitted the official Account Recovery Form multiple times for my site indailabs.com.

  I have not received a response. I have valid proof of ownership, including an official transaction ID (M687P42R8), billing date (May 11, 2026), and charge amount (SGD 92.04).

  Could a Happiness Engineer please locate my recovery ticket and send a password reset link to my contact email on file? Thank you.

  I filled the account recovery form the first time 5 weeks ago, then 3 weeks ago and then 3 days ago, still got no response form anybody.

  Since you’ve already submitted the Account Recovery Form multiple times and included valid ownership details (transaction ID, billing date, and charge amount), the best next step is to wait for the recovery team to process the request rather than submitting additional forms, as repeated submissions can sometimes slow the queue.

  For security reasons, account recovery and password reset links can only be handled by the dedicated recovery team, and forum volunteers can’t manually send reset links from here.

  I’d recommend:

  Checking the inbox and spam/junk folders of the contact email associated with the account.

  Making sure replies from WordPress.com are not being filtered or blocked.

  Avoid submitting more recovery forms unless specifically requested.Since you already provided strong proof of ownership, your request should be reviewed once it reaches the team queue.

  Thanks for your guidance.

  I have been checking my mails, including spam and junk folders, and its been along time since I got any mail from wordpress. I didn’t even get a confirmation mail that the form was submitted. (IDK if we are supposed to receive a mail for that).

  I’ll be waiting, checking mails till then.
