stuck in ai assistant loop

  The AI assistant doesnt let me out of a loop where it insists that i view old messages. So I can no longer get help or contact anyone. As in the following, you’ll get the idea pretty quickly. I now have many of these threads, all of which terminate in the same way. Thank you.

  The problem is the AI assistant puts you in a loop, as described above, where it will no longer assist or direct you to a person. It begins a cycle from which you cannot exit, at least I havent been able to. Starting a new help question doesnt work, you get stuck in the same cycle. There is a similar topic earlier on the forum but no solution was posted. The AI is the access point for all wordpress issues, and if you are stuck in it you cant get help on anything else.
