  I have a blog with multiple users, and i’d like to know if i install it on my server is there a way to have it display ONLY the posts made by certain users?

  eg http://www.domain.com/blog?user=monkeypaw

  and that would display only posts i have made?

  You need to be asking at WordPress.org, as our software here runs differently.
