Sub categories not showing up

In my account, I have sub-catagories under both the gallery and detail sections. Since purchasing the photography layout, those categories now do not show up when I hover over the parent page or click the drop down arrow. If I click it simply takes me to the parent page and doesn’t give any indication that the other categories exist. As far as I can tell, the sub-pages are set up correctly as pages in the dashboard.
Yesterday things seemed to be working fine in one of the free layouts, and while I did add the gallery categories after buying the new layout, I did not make any changes to the detail pages and those were working prior to making the switch.
The gallery pages are super important to my business so I hope this can be resolved quickly!

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
