Sub Page
-
Hello. My blog subpage is not showing on the mobile view. It did show at one time, however I’m not sure what happened. It looks just fine on my laptop view. Thank you!

I don’t see any sites on your account here.
What is the URL of the site with the problem?

Hello,
My apologies, I didn’t realize I had to respond within this forum, and not directly to the email notification.
The site URL is http://www.violetmeetsruth.com. The “Meet Rashida” page under “About VMR” is not showing on mobile devices.
Thank you!

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
Please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:
-
I’m unable to post in the wordpress.org forum. The support forum area isn’t accepting my logon id and password, however I’m able to successfully log into my wordpress admin site.
Is there a direct email or contact for someone at wordpress.org that I can reach out to for assistance?
Thank y ou!

You have to create an account on WordPress.org before you can post in those forums. Your admin account for your site can’t be used to log in there, as there’s no link between your self-hosted site and WordPress.org, nor can you use your WordPress.com login details, as WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two completely separate sites.
WordPress.org is not a company, so there’s no one “at WordPress.org”, period. The WordPress software belongs to the community of unpaid volunteers that make it, and support is provided by that same community, and this all happens on the WordPress.org website.
