  I added subdomain llmcadoo.com but not able to view stats in WordPress app

  Hi @lorrieism, could you clarify what the subdomain is? I see llmcadoo.com which looks right, but I don’t see a subdomain for it. It’d usually be something like

  ____.llmcadoo.com

  Good Evening,

  I have a problem. I created a new website a few weeks ago. L L McAdoo.com. I am trying to make the stats viewable on WordPress.com. Looking at jetpack stats sites on the blog I realize my email address is invalid. It reads (email visible only to moderators and staff) but my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you help? WordPress.com is trying to make me purchase a domain I already have. I simply want to view stats on WP app for the domain and website already established.

  Hi there,

  So you are trying to regain access to the llcmcadoo WordPress.com account? Do you have the login credentials for that account?

  If so, you should be able to change your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.
