Subdomains

Hey guys, my question. is it possible two use two subdomains with one account? actually i use wordpress for my blog, but i also want start a shop with woocomerce, but i dont want that my shop is called http://www.blog.mydomain.de/Shop. i want the block is called http://www.shop.mydomain.de. my questions is, need i a second accout on wordpress, or can i add a second subdomain? Thank you. Best Artur
